A few days ago, one of our CurdBee users, Jack Franklin, shared an awesome idea with us – running CurdBee as a desktop application.

In fact, if you’re running Mac OS X, you can get CurdBee on your desktop too! All you need to have is this nice little app called Fluid. Once you have Fluid installed, enter your CurdBee account URL and a name for the shortcut, as shown below. You can even use the following high resolution 128x128px image as your dock icon. How awesome is that? Click Create and you’re good to go.

When you are done, you will see a beautiful yellow bee on your dock. Click on it to load your curdbee instance.

You’ve now got CurdBee outside your browser. Enjoy!

On Windows, and for Firefox users there is Prism (https://mozillalabs.com/prism).

If you prefer Chrome, you can create an Application Shortcut.
